It seems Today the operation Of renewable energy sources sources such as tide against from fossil fuels Energy necessity .Therefore, to be extracting energy from tides on Imam khomeini port Examined. In this study collected tidal data for years 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008 and then with the T-Tide software that Is applicable in the MATLAB software,Were filtered amplitude and phase of 30 principal components tide by Bandpass technique. Compared component Result from this software with NCC software (Forman) that used for harmonic analysis, results was confirmed. The results showed that the maximum amount of energy possible to Bandar Imam Khomeini in 2005, with 2.85 × 105 W in summer and 3.20 × 105W in winter and tidal pattern is semidiurnal- mixed. Comparing the tidal data at the stations under study is characterized by a maximum amplitude Tide is 6.02 Meter in may and 5.45 meter in february in Imam Khomeini port and maximum range in Khour Musa of the tide is 4.28 meter in May and 3.88 meter in February and that is ideal for Extraction energy.
