The goal of this research is a case study of evaluation of the personals of naval force Islamic republic of Iran based of standard international ISO 10015 and with emphasize on public processes educational system of personals. The statistic unit of research includes all naval force Islamic republic of Iran’s personals in 1392 and was chosen accidently 300 persons as statistic unit. Method of collecting data, document of university and the questioner includes 38 questions necessities of ISO 10015 in five branch evaluation of learning, educational designing and planning, performing education plan, evaluation of education process, consideration and control of educational programs, edition and visual validity and conceptual by professors and scientists of this area is accepted. Remaining of methods with the use of Krunbach’s alpha (94%) was calculated. The result of research shows that NEDAJA personals’s educational system in aspect of evaluation of learning; educational designing and planning, performing education plan, evaluation of education process are higher than medium level. The reason is equivalent all NEDAJA personals’s educational system with standard of ISO 10015. For that lowest distance of result of study with the average losses in this process in 5 branch trouble shooting that presented by researcher. In the variable of sociology and branches educational system between has diploma degree and more above with master administration in branching of educational program, evaluation and consideration have different meaning but not about among other branches.
