The suitable condition of Guilan coasts culminates in rip currents that moved seaward through the surfzone and with a relative high speed in an offshore direction. The unique mild slope and the interesting of the normal to shoreline currents, lead to the widening of the surfzone and strong nearshore currents and vortexes respectfully. Therefore a research about these currents which endangers the lives of unware swimmers, seems to be of necessity. Permanent rip channels of Guilan Province coastline are zonated and modeling with using the hydrographic maps of IRI Mapping Organization of 2002, BW module of Mike21 software and wave data from the Iranian national center for oceanography(INCO), The results were compare with Guilan Governor data. These comparisation show that rip channels has an a considerable energy in this region.
