When some input data is linguistics, or lack of Information and Vagueness are the problems, Fuzzy concept can alleviate the problem. The Neural network is a black box, Neurons that can justify their actions and these artificial brains can grow. The representative example is a floating breakwater with indeterminate or approximate geometry. The BEM code renders FBW by solving Laplacian equation for Potential, and the output is a crisp set that would be fuzzified and modeled with ANFIS learning Process. Overall, because of strongly nonlinear coupled governing equations, this modeling is targeted. The ANFIS reduces calculation's time up to one tenth. The mentioned problem is a vague one, a vague problem can be discussed when, vagueness is in the boundary condition, geometry or constant parameters, etc. a sample problem in geometry is “Corner problem” (different boundary condition for each element). However there is a question yet, that states: "what network provides the best and the most precise modeling method for hydrodynamical vague problems? "
